- We repair all makes and model desktop and laptop computers at your location or our repair center. We offer FREE estimates on all desktop computers if you bring it to our shop. Standard rates
apply if we travel to your location.
- We specialize in professional, small business support and consulting. We can travel to remote locations and handle all the details. We work on VPN connections,
servers, file sharing, terminal services, print sharing, networking, cable installation, most flavors of Linux and all flavors of Windows. We continue
to work for such clients as Bank of America, Large trucking and logistics companies, Doctors, Plumbers, Dentists, and Real Eastate agents. Please feel free to call us so we can talk about your support needs.
- We can clean up sluggish computers that maybe infected with virus or other malicious malware and make your computer as it was when it first came out of
the box. Inquire about our optimizer flat rate repair service.
- In many cases its just easier and less costly to re-install Windows on your PC than to try and cleanup a well entrenched virus that has infected your PC. We include a full disk format before each
re-install to ensure all infections are erased. Call and inquire about our flat rate Windows Re-installation program. For a small extra
fee we can also backup your data before erasing your system and then restore this data after the re-installation is complete.
- We offer in home / in office setup of DSL or broadband cable internet service. We provide all cables and know how to get you surfing quickly at your location. We
can even bring a new router for an additional cost. If you are unsure about what service you need we also will find the best service in your area and place the
order for you at no addiional charge.
- We install all software and hardware firewalls, please feel free to give us a call so we can answer any questions you may have.
- We offer in shop service on Saturdays between 10 AM and 1 PM. Unlike many other service providers we do not charge extra during these hours on Saturday.

We also offer 24 hour x 7 day emergency service at competitve rates. We monitor our cell phones 24 x 7, in most cases you will get a technician when you call
or leave a message and you will get a call back in 30 minutes or less by a technician.
- No one else offers FREE estimates, bring your PC in to our shop and get a no strings attached estimate to repair your PC. Please note in some rare cases we
may have to dissasemble your laptop to diagnose the problem, in such cases we will need to charge a fee, we will let you know of such charges ahead of doing
diagnostics.
- If you are able to get on the internet, we can also provide remote support where we take over your PC to resolve your issue or help you configure settings.
